DROPS Andes is twisted in a 2-strand combination of 65% wool and 35% ultra-fine alpaca, giving the yarn a silky surface (from alpaca) and good shape stability (from wool). Its natural fibers are untreated, which means that they are only washed and not chemically treated before dyeing. This brings out the natural qualities of the fiber and also provides better shape and texture quality. It is very easy to work with thick needles and bobbins. Ideal for felting, DROPS Andes is perfect for winter clothing, accessories and interior details.
