DROPS Soft Tweed is a soft yarn made from a combination of merino wool, ultra-fine alpaca and viscose. The yarns are made by carding these fibers together with small felts that add flecks of color that enhance the appearance of this type of yarn. DROPS Soft Tweed is lighter and more breathable than similar worsted yarns - and is especially suited for hand knitting.

These yarns are easy to knit and have nice, even stitches. A great choice for textured patterns, slippers, sweaters and jackets - DROPS Soft Tweed is perfect for patterns created in DROPS Karisma, DROPS Lima and DROPS Merino Extra Fine (yarn group B).
